About this campground
Your Alaska adventure can begin long before you reach the Alaska Highway! Located in southern Alberta’s scenic Oldman River Valley, Lethbridge KOA Journey welcomes travelers heading north through Canada, returning south, or exploring Alberta.
Located along Highway 3 near the Montana border, this year-round campground offers 213 RV sites, including 88 pull-throughs, with full and partial hookups, 30/50-amp service, and room for motorhomes and trailers up to 65 feet.
Choose from open, easy-access sites or shaded camping beneath mature cottonwood trees. Guests enjoy Wi-Fi, hot showers, laundry, a camp store, propane, a heated seasonal swimming pool, and a KampK9 dog park.
Try river fishing, nearby walking trails, or a game of horseshoes, billiards, or shuffleboard. Lethbridge is home to the High Level Bridge, Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden, and river valley parks, and Waterton Lakes National Park is within reach.
Whether you’re beginning your journey toward Alaska or winding down after thousands of miles, Lethbridge KOA Journey is a welcoming place to rest, recharge, and enjoy southern Alberta.
Back-in sites, tent camping, cabins and bunkies, token showers, coin laundry, a playground, picnic tables, a book exchange, an RV dump station, extended stays, and after-hours check-in are available.
Highway location: Along Highway 3 West, in the Oldman River Valley, with access from Bridge Drive.
