Traveling the Alaska Highway to Alaska? Discovery Yukon Lodgings is one of those special northern stops where you can slow down, settle in, and enjoy the journey!
Located at Km 1818 of the Alaska Highway, approximately 53 kilometers south of Beaver Creek, Discovery Yukon Lodgings offers a peaceful setting surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Yukon wilderness.
This independently operated property offers spacious RV sites, including 100-foot pull-throughs that can accommodate larger motorhomes and tow vehicles. Full-service sites include water, sewer, and 20/30-amp electrical hookups. No 50-amp service or RV dump station is available. Dry camping and grassy tent sites are also available.
Looking for something different? Guests can choose from cozy log cabins, queen suites, and Yukon wall tents.
The main lodge offers metered hot showers, laundry facilities, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a small gift store, snacks, and homemade treats. Wi-Fi is available in the main lodge only, not throughout the RV park. Food service is limited, with different options for lodging and RV guests; the bistro is not a general on-site restaurant.
Travelers can also enjoy picnic tables, a communal fire pit, landscaped gardens, and a unique collection of military vehicles and northern artifacts. Leashed pets are welcome.
The surrounding area offers opportunities for wildlife viewing, hiking, fishing, photography, and exploring the beautiful White River country.
Discovery Yukon Lodgings has a long history of welcoming travelers along the Alaska Highway, and its next chapter continues that tradition of northern hospitality.
